We are in the process of updating our utility billing software. Starting with the bills going out on December 1, 2020, you will be receiving a new style of bill.
Your account number with Dover Township will be changing. Please make note of this new account number for all future references.
Going forward, you will be able to see the account balance, make a payment online using your credit card and view the payment and consumption history for your property.

To access this information, you will need your new account number and the billing zip code for the property. You will have the option to create an account username and password.
Going forward, you can also choose to have your bills emailed to you. Please contact our office if this is something you would like to do.
