Act 44

Chapter 7-A of Act 44 of 2009 requires that all parties to a service contract with a municipal pension fund submit an annual disclosure to their clients.  This disclosure form provides certain information in regard to financial relationships which may exist between the entities and the elected and appointed officials of the municipality to determine any conflict of interest.  The form was sent to two entities that provide services to the Dover Township Pension Fund.  These disclosure forms will be posted on the Township’s website and are updated annually for the term of the contract between each entity.  The most recent disclosure forms are available to review below:
