Cypress Manor Stormwater Rehabilitation

In 2024 calendar year, Dover Township has budgeted to rehabilitate the existing stormwater pipes within the Cypress Manor development. There are known problems with the old, corrugated metal pipes. The existing pipes were installed in the late 1970’s. They have well outlived their life expectancy. The stormwater pipes are located under public streets and within various widths of Stormwater Drainage Easements. These old and deteriorating pipes will be rehabilitated using a cured in place pipe (CIPP) method.
