Community Park Path Paving

On April 22, 2025, Dover Township accepted bids to pave walking paths. Shiloh Paving & Excavating, Inc. was the lowest bidder for this project at $13,350.00. Their bid included mobilization, 3” of compacted thickness of 25mm asphalt base course, 1.5” thickness of compacted 9.5mm wearing course, and demobilization.

Community Building Fabric and Paving

On April 22, 2025, Dover Township accepted bids for fabric and paving. E.K. Services, Inc. was the lowest bidder for this project at $252,097.01. Their bid included mobilization, supplying and laying paving fabric, 25mm base course asphalt for base repair and additional parking lot, 2” of compacted thickness of 9.5mm wearing course, and demobilization.

Road Fabric and Paving

On April 22, 2025, Dover Township accepted bids for fabric and paving. Stewart & Tate, Inc. was the lowest bidder for this project at $199,946.00. Their bid included mobilization, a 9.5mm scratch course at 2.5% cross slope, laying paving fabric, 9.5mm wearing course at 1.5–2” compacted thickness, and demobilization. This work took place on Tower Drive, Hilton Avenue, and Kunkles Mill Road.

Seal Coating

On April 22, 2025, Dover Township accepted bids for either a double seal coat or asphalt fiber-reinforced seal with asphalt fog seal. The lowest bidder for this project was Midland Asphalt Materials, Inc. with a cost of $121,305.67.
