Justin Eberly joined the staff of Dover Township on July 28th, 2025. This is a position that is intended to manage emergency response during large natural and man-made disasters, such as, flooding, blizzards and other large-scale incidents. In addition, Mr. Eberly is tasked with strategic and capital planning efforts to ensure that emergency services-fire and EMS are considered as the Township grows and volunteerism in Fire Services lessens. Dover Township is serviced by a 100% Volunteer Fire Department and a non-profit ambulance organization, which can at times make operations difficult. It is our hope that Mr. Eberly will be able to assist these services in making the best use of their funding in order to continue to provide excellent service to the greater Dover Area.
