This price includes mobilization, material and placement of 25mm base asphalt in the additional parking are and other locations that have failed, material and placement of a 9.5mm asphalt scratch/leveling course, material and placement of paving fabric, material and placement of a 2” wearing course of 9.5mm asphalt, and demobilization.
