NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Dover Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 7:00 PM in the meeting room of the Dover Township Building located at 2480 West Canal Road, Dover, PA, to hear the following zoning application(s): ZHB Case No. 22-1: Application for Variance by Ferber Construction Management North, LLC on behalf of owner Newberry Plaza, LLC on properties located at 2941 Carlise Road, further described as 5 contiguous lots to be combined fronting Carlisle Road, Hilton Avenue, and Poplars Road on parcels 24-04-53, 24-04-54, 24-04- 54A, 24-04-54B, and 24-04-55 in the C - Commercial District. The nature of the Variance is to exceed the amount of signage permitted outlined in §27-807 and to exceed maximum illumination per §27-509.1.A.(4). Interested parties are urged to attend. Examination of the above application(s) may be made at the Township Building during regular business hours (Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
