Wednesday, June 17, 2020, for the following three contracts:
Remove, furnish & install 463′ Type 31-S guiderail, 6 impact attenuators, nested guiderail, 2 anchor terminals, remove sediment, underpin substructure, fill scour, place l O C.Y. rip-rap and point 190 L.F. mortar along Fox Run Rd. & Emig Mill Rd. as indicated on MS-944 Forms.
Poplars Road Stormwater Contract
Setup & maintain traffic control remove, furnish & install 267′ various sizes of arch pipe, 70 S.Y. SUPERP A VE paving restoration, place 18 ton rip-rap, E & S control and lawn restoration along Poplar Road as indicated on MS-944 Forms.
Traffic Signal (EVP) Contract
Furnish, install & test Emergency Vehicle Preemption (EVP) system & replace 4 backplates for existing traffic signal at Davidsburg Rd. & S. Salem Church Rd. as indicated on MS-944 Forms.
The successful bidder(s), when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety) as specified in the Contract.
All proposals must be upon Township forms. Bidding documents are available to all prospective bidders at the Dover Township Municipal Building, address above, and may be obtained free of charge during business hours 8:00 AM. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday or by downloading them from the links below. Dover Township Board of Supervisors reserves the
right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award which is in the best interest of the Township.
