Palomino Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Project

11-30-2017 – On November 30, 2017 Dover Township Sewer Authority received bids for the replacement of 10” transite pipe with new 18” PVC pipe. The project extends from Thornton Automotive to Davidsburg Road. The lowest bidder was Anrich, Inc. in the amount of $764,893.00. The projects substantial completion date is early summer of 2019. 11-15-2017 – The Dover Township Sewer Authority has received the necessary environmental permits and has advertised the Palomino Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Project to solicit bidders to construct the upgrades. The project extends from Thornton Automotive, 3885 Carlisle Road, up towards the intersection of Davidsburg Road and Admire Road. The project will cross through the Brownstone Development which is located along Tower Drive, Stonehouse Lane, Village Road and Carriage Lane. Residents may encounter contractors viewing the project between now and the end of November when bids will be received. There will be a pre-bid meeting on November 15, 2017, when prospective contractors will be invited to meet to discuss the project with the sewer authority engineer and walk the project site.
