Offices have Reopened to Visitors June 1, 2021

UPDATE: Tuesday, June 1, 2021

Our Office is now fully open, but it’s suggested that all visitors wear masks, unless fully vaccinated. This will help to ensure that we all do our part to maintain the health of our employees and residents.
Utility Billing Customers:  Paying and viewing your account online is still the best option. Mailing your payments is the second-best option. However, if you do drop it off, we suggest that you use the drop box in the vestibule if paying by check. Our staff has clearly marked the door you are to use for this purpose.  Cash will be accepted inside.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation with these procedures.  Please stay safe, calm and healthy.  We can make this work, if we work together!

As you know, our office has been closed to the public since December 16, 2020 in order to aid in the efforts to stop the spread of COVID19 and protect our staff along with the general public. As a municipality we are not covered by the restrictions on businesses, but have been making every effort to share in the responsibility that we all have at this time.  Therefore, beginning Monday, March 1st, 2021, the following will occur:
Our Office is now open, but all visitors MUST wear masks and SIGN IN for the purposes of contact tracing should one of our staff or a visitor test positive for COVID19.  Our staff will be wearing masks and we appreciate your cooperation for the benefit of the community as a whole, as we all are anxiously awaiting a return to normal business as soon as possible.  Please follow the signs and maintain social distance of 6 feet.
Utility Billing Customers:  Paying and viewing your account online is the best option. Mailing your payments is the second-best option. However, if you do drop it off, you will be REQUIRED to use the drop box in the vestibule if paying by check. Only cash payments will be accepted inside.  Our staff has clearly marked the door you are to use for this purpose and has provided a telephone for you to call the desk should you have questions about this new procedure.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation with these new procedures.  Please stay safe, calm and healthy.  We can make this work, if we work together!
