Dover Township Offices Closed to Visitors

Effective: Wednesday, December 16th, 2020

As you know, the number of COVID-19 cases is on the rise and the Governor has placed additional restrictions on gatherings and some business operations.  In an effort to do our part to protect our staff, as well as the general public, our office will be closed to the public for several weeks in order to aid in the efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. As a municipality we are not covered by the restrictions on businesses but have been making every effort to share in the responsibility that we all have at this time.  Therefore, effective December 16th, 2020 we will be closing our offices to public.  As was done under the Lockdown earlier this year, we remain working and providing services to our residents during this time.  Our Team will continue to remain available through telephone, email, and communication through a phone in the vestibule of our building.

Utility Billing Customers:  There are several options available for you for payment:

PAY-BY-PHONE USING A CREDIT CARD— 833-286-1238

PAY ONLINE USING A CREDIT CARD

USING YOUR BANK’S BILL PAY OPTION

MAILING US A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER

USING THE DROPBOX IN OUR VESTIBULE

CASH PAYMENTS FROM THE LOBBY VESTIBULE
(This is the least favorable option as it does not avoid person to person contact.)

There will be a 3% fee added to all credit card transactions made online or by phone by our third-party vendor.

Should you need to interact with our staff, we will be wearing masks and we ask that you do the same for our mutual protection.  We appreciate your patience and cooperation with these new procedures.  Please stay safe, calm, and healthy.  We can make this work, if we work together in and effort for all of us to have a Merry Christmas and a Happy 2021.
