Accepting Bids – Fuel System Upgrade

Notice to Bidders

Dover Township is accepting bids for upgrades to the Diesel and Gasoline Fuel Systems. Work to be completed within 90 days of Notice of Award.

Bid specifications and documents may be obtained at the Dover Township Office, 2480 W. Canal Rd, Dover, Pennsylvania, 17315. Bids must be on a forms provided by Dover Township and will be accepted until 8:30 A.M. on February 22, 2018, at the Township Office at which time they will be opened and publicly read. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on February 8, 2018, at 10:00 AM at the Dover Township Office. This work is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.

The Board of Supervisors of Dover Township reserves the right to reject any/or all bids. All bidders must warrant that they are in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (Public Law 101-336) and will be capable of carrying out the requirements of any and all awarded contracts with Dover Township, comply in all respects with the provisions of the Act and its implementing requirements.
